One‑Sentence Summary of Kingdom Superpower:
Curt’s gift is helping organizations (especially nonprofits) weave together God’s presence, systems, leadership, and love—so that work becomes formation, joy, and impact, not just efficiency.
Three Main Takeaways
Living with God is the aim—not just doing ‘God’s work.’
Curt emphasizes that the Christian invitation isn’t merely to perform spiritual duties for God, but to live life in deep relationship with Him—bringing God into every conversation, decision, and ordinary moment.Reflection is non‑negotiable. Clarity comes when we stop, notice, and process.
Curt introduces the clarity break: intentionally carving out time to reflect with God, asking “What am I ignoring? What am I trying to control?” This becomes a counter to anxiety, fear, and doing life on autopilot.Love + structure can coexist; integrity in leadership includes both people and performance.
Curt holds a high bar—leading with order, clarity, and accountability—yet insists love be central. That means tough decisions done with honesty, care, and the posture that God cares for everyone involved.
Journey
Curt’s journey toward becoming an “integrated implementer” didn’t start with all the answers, but with a longing to live authentically with God in every realm. Growing up in ministry, he worked in a variety of environments—radio, for‑profit, nonprofit, consulting—and saw both mess and beauty. A pivotal moment came when he took three weeks for a retreat, silence, and soul work. That season opened a deeper awareness of what it means to stop performing, to reflect, and to lean into God’s presence. Over the next fifteen years, Curt increasingly built his life and work around this integration: implementing EOS (which brings structure, clarity, and accountability) in nonprofit settings, forming tools for spiritual formation (through Grafted Life), and shaping leadership so that heart and mission align. His core drive of order gives systems, but the reflectiveness, peace, and love he cultivates give those systems meaning.
Calling & Ideal Client
Who he helps: Nonprofit leaders, church leaders, organizations wanting both high impact and healthy internal life; people longing for mission + joy.
Why he cares: Curt believes work isn’t just what we do, but where God shapes us. He believes many nonprofits are full of people who want to make a difference, but are stretched, disillusioned, or burning out—what if those organizations could thrive internally and extend their influence externally?
How he serves: Through implementing EOS in nonprofit environments (adjusting tools & rhythms for their unique culture), through Grafted Life with spiritual formation curricula, through coaching, modeling integrated leadership, helping leaders live with God—not just for God.
Big Dream
To see churches embrace a more holistic discipleship that helps people live with God, not merely for God.
To have nonprofits experience “work fun again”—deep satisfaction, joy, relational health alongside excellence.
To influence many leaders and organizations over time—many nonprofits adopting these disciplines, multiplying their impact.
