Faith + Work Survey Results
The survey results below are part of the birth story of the Kingdom Connections movement.
Me, Johnny Levy, again. After a vibrant online Christian community I was a member of closed down (for good reasons), I was thinking about using my Superpower of connection to create a community of encouragement, advice, connection, and collaboration for believers in the workplace.
Needed Some Data, Though.
Feeling the invitation, through prayer, to proceed, I also wanted to test the waters and make sure that this was something that people actually had a need and desire for. So I created a survey and asked dozens of people to give me feedback. Many responded!
If you haven’t taken the survey, you can still take it here, and I will periodically update this report.
Last update: July 2025.
I’ve Been Busy!
For many months, now, I’ve been interviewing people of excellence and faith.
I’ve also been actively talking with friends, old and new, about the Kingdom Connections community idea, and getting stunning feedback about what they loved about their former community, and what they would like to see in a new community. The people I am talking to are:
Serious about our faith, and seeking to put that faith into practice in our vocations.
Hungry for authentic conversations and deep connections with other believers who are serious about faith and work.
Full of joy and passion for what we do.
Humble and hungry for good counsel.
Kingdom Connections Is A Go!
My conclusion, from deep conversations and research, is that there is a strong desire for a community of believers to exist, in which people of faith can GIVE and RECEIVE encouragement, advice, connections, and collaboration opportunities.
The need is strong! I am also seeing an overwhelming desire for an emphasis on REAL CONNECTION. We want to experience friendship, mutual support, and growth together.
See For Yourself!
Here are the survey results:
What did you most value about the former online community?
Which feature would be most valuable in a new faith-and-vocation community?
How often would you like to connect with a community?
What is your biggest challenge in integrating faith and work?
What would help you most in your work right now?
How important is it to you to gain a deeper understanding of your "Superpower" (spiritual gifts/design/calling)?
What did you think about the $35/month price tag for former community membership?
What would MOST have to be true for you to consider paying to join a new community with a focus on faith and work?
What do you think of the idea of the facilitator (Johnny) interviewing each member, as part of the membership fee, in order to facilitate deep understanding and connection within the group? These interviews would be part of the weekly newsletter.
What Stood Out To Me
Overwhelming love of the Small Group model.
Strong desire for community and connectedness.
It’s not just the depth — people want a higher QUANTITY of Kingdom-centered connections.
The biggest challenge shared was the LACK of community!
