Sean Conlon | Kingdom Business

Entrepreneur Sean Conlon shares how surrendering money and ambition led to peace, purpose, and a $100M Kingdom vision—multiplying people, not just profit, through faith-filled business ownership.

When Business Becomes Kingdom

I got to sit down with my friend Sean Conlon—entrepreneur, investor, and disciple of Jesus—who dropped a simple but powerful truth right out of the gate:

“A business can lead someone to follow Christ.”

That line set the tone for a conversation about identity, calling, and how the Lord can use your actual work to bring people into His kingdom.

From Idol to Instrument

Sean shared his journey from chasing money to surrendering it.

“You get so tired of using money to fill a hole in your heart that it leaves you to the point of exhaustion.”

That exhaustion became sacred ground.

Since then, Sean’s lived with a simple conviction: Money is a tool, not an identity.

Building a Kingdom Engine

Today, Sean is building a $100 million holding company—not for vanity, but for stewardship, and based on a vision from God.

“My goal is to take over profitable businesses from retiring owners, care for their people, and build an ecosystem where employees become everything they were created to be.”

This is executing Kingdom calling in the world of business, and it’s breathtaking.

“When you walk in obedience, people start asking questions. Why do you lead like this? Why do you live like this?”

Fully Alive

Sean has taken the Superpower Quest survey, and tested as a Dreamer/Achiever. The dream? A Kingdom enterprise that multiplies people, not just profit.

“God gave me a gift to multiply. I’m not a fixer—I’m a builder.”

I see it. And I honor it.

At one point, we discussed this idea from St. Irenaeus, a second-century Christian theologian:

“The glory of God is man fully alive.”

Sean’s alive. And his life is calling others into the same.
